- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts.
- Reviewing employee credit card statements and employee expense reports, accounting for receipts, general ledger coding of charges and ensuring company policy and procedures and being followed.
- Associate degree and 5-10 years' work experience in accounting preferred.
- Prior experience with credit card processing, general ledger coding and follow-up.
